Day 1 8/10/09
Weighed myself last night and weighed I am not going to tell you I am embaressed.
Diet started this morning, wife is cooking based on Dr. Perricone Weight Loss Diet
breakfast - one fried egg, tomatoes, turkey sausage link, 1/2 grape fruit. One Proactol
worked ou in morning 20 minutes on glider, leg exercises
lunch - turkey patty, grapes, lettuce and one Proactol.
Afternoon took dog and wife for a walk. Live in northwest Reno about 5 miles from California border so lots of ups and downs. Had a beer after the walk
Did 12 laps in the pool with the wifeDinner - cod and what looked like fried cabbage
Day 2 8/11/2009
breaksfast - bowl of oatmeal and yogurt, plus 1/2 slice of grapefruit
Played pool at the clubhouse in the morning
Lunch - salad and a bowl of broccoli soup
work out - stair stepper for 20 minutes and lifted weights focusing on the chest and shoulders
2 mile walk
glass of beer
